For the child with grass stains and a pocket full of treasures.

Stories full of humor, heart, and magic tucked inside ordinary days.

Bent corners. Bedtime giggles. And a little voice, saying, “Read it again.”

Picture books full of humor, heart, noisy little moments, and the kind of wonder children carry for a long time.

A family of four standing on a small bridge in a park surrounded by autumn leaves and trees. The mother and father are in the center, with the children on either side, smiling at the camera.

“These stories were born in ordinary moments. Bedtime questions, long car rides, and belly laughs at the dinner table. Being their mom taught me that children need stories that feel like home.”

Why I write.

When Shea was little and could not sleep, I went looking for a picture book about childhood insomnia. A story that understood what it felt like when a child’s mind keeps racing long after the lights go out.

I could not find one anywhere. So I wrote it. And then I kept writing. The stories children carry with them are rarely the loudest ones. They are the quiet ones that make them laugh in the middle of bedtime, feel understood after a hard day, or ask for “just one more” before the lights go out. Whether you are building a classroom library, reading around the homeschool table, or sitting beside your child at the end of a long day, I hope these books bring comfort, laughter, wonder, and a sense of home.

The stories don’t have to end on the last page.
